All usage rights to the works created within the scope of a project remain with the studio until full payment is received. After the invoice is settled, the agreed usage rights are transferred to the client. The attribution of the artist remains unaffected by this.
Subsequent editing or alteration of the delivered works is only permitted with the written consent of the studio. This applies in particular to use in other media or the use of excerpts. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to revoke the usage rights.
If required materials, approvals, or information are not provided in a timely manner, the delivery date will be postponed accordingly. The studio is not liable for damages arising from late or incomplete specifications from the client. Any claim for damages is excluded in this case.
The agreed fee includes two revision cycles. Any further changes or fundamental revisions will be charged separately. The exact terms are documented in writing before work begins and are part of the offer.
Withdrawal from the contract is possible at any time; however, the services rendered up to that point and any material costs incurred will be invoiced. The amount is determined by the progress of the work and, in the event of a dispute, will be assessed by a neutral expert.
All concepts, sketches, and personal data transmitted during the collaboration are subject to confidentiality. They are not passed on to third parties and will be completely deleted upon request after the project is completed. No use beyond the agreed purpose will occur.
